The Three Little Pigs (Grades K-5)
Using the familiar children’s story as a point of reference, The Three Little Pigs takes Despina, a young girl, and her brothers Giovanni and Cherubino, through a typical family squabble. When the siblings argue over the proper construction of a house, Despina proclaims that they can find the plans for a good house in the library. The boys reply that books are silly and they already know how to build a snug little cottage. When Wolfgang Bigbad enters the picture, the boys learn a valuable lesson. Set to the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, this story is sure to please
Music Shop
Based on the Chekov Short Story, I Forgot By Richard Wargo (Grades 3-12 and adults)
"I'll know it when I hearit!" is the plea from a husband who has forgotten the title of a song his bossy wife ordered him to find. The staff of "the music shop" (the largest music store is Russia) tries to jog his memory by singing highlights from well-known operas and Russian folk tunes as his concentration is interrupted by visions of his wife.
