Mikata's vibrant performance leaves students with an understanding
of Africa's strong links to the cultures of the U.S., the Caribbean
and South America. Led by Master Teaching Artist, Richard Hill, Mikata invites you to
join in the dancing, singing and chanting of other countries.
Rhythmic Expedition (Grades K-12)
Powerful rhythmic music and dance carry you to the cultures of
Nigeria, Ghana, Puerto Rico, Haiti, Jamaica, Dominican Republic
